Hi, I’m William Bradley, owner/operator of Fell & Form. I’m an ISA Certified Arborist with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry. I take a thoughtful, craft-driven approach to tree work. My focus is on long-term outcomes, safe practices, and making the most of the wood - rather than rushing decisions or treating trees as disposable.
Why Fell & Form?
Fell & Form grew from a simple belief: trees deserve thoughtful decisions, and the work done around them should leave a place better than it was found.
Much of my career has been spent in forestry—walking land, studying growth, and seeing firsthand how trees shape both landscapes and lives. Over time, I became less interested in quick removals and more focused on intention: why a tree is being cut, how the work is done, and what becomes of the wood afterward.
At Fell & Form, felling a tree is not the end of its story. It’s a transition. Sometimes that means careful pruning to give a tree space to thrive. Sometimes it means removal when a tree has outgrown its place or no longer feels safe. And whenever possible, it means reusing the material—turning what’s taken down into something useful, lasting, or meaningful.
This work is grounded and practical, but it’s also creative. It asks for patience, respect for the land, and a willingness to slow down and make good decisions. That balance—between necessity and care, function and form—is what defines Fell & Form.
Grounded tree work, elevated design.
